Thank you for visiting this new blog that will begin officially on August 12th. With my retirement from active parish ministry in the Diocese of Providence on June 30, I’m preparing for a new exciting pastoral ministry experience in beautiful Lugano, Switzerland. Lugano is the See city of the Diocese of Lugano which is located in the Canton of Ticino. You will get more information on the diocese as things unfold. The experience should be very exciting, educational, spiritually renewing, and a wonderful pastoral opportunity, the planning for which started in 2018! As time draws near, there may even be another post or two on the blog. I’ll first begin by visiting friends two valleys away before arriving in Lugano.
